Chaz Sak-Ocbina, PT, DPT, serves as the Clinical Director and Lead Physical Therapist at ABC Physical Therapy. A former collegiate baseball player, Chaz channels the discipline, teamwork, and competitive drive he developed on the diamond directly into his clinical practice. His firsthand understanding of what it takes to perform at a high athletic level fuels his passion for guiding patients back to the activities they love.

Chaz brings over nine years of orthopedic clinical experience, combining strength conditioning with patient-specific recovery plans to deliver innovative, individualized treatment strategies. He advocates for a functional and holistic approach to rehabilitation, with a mission to empower patients through education and foster sustainable, long-term health and wellness. His time as a collegiate athlete gave him a deep appreciation for the physical and mental demands of sport — an perspective that shapes every recovery plan he crafts.

Chaz holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Physiology from Central Washington University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound. He further refined his expertise through an internship at the Sports Medicine Institute in Anaheim, where he specialized in the care of college and professional baseball athletes — a natural extension of his own athletic roots.

A proud son of the Pacific Northwest, Chaz is as passionate outside the clinic as he is within it. An enthusiastic golfer, avid sports fan, and dedicated outdoorsman, he enjoys fishing and hunting in his spare time. Above all, he cherishes quality time with his family, friends, and his beloved golden retriever, Griffey.
